2. Project Timeline & Delivery

We value your time and aim to complete every project as scheduled. However, completion dates may be adjusted due to factors beyond our control, such as heavy rain, material supply delays, or government approval processes.

3. Quality & Materials

At Vekas Construction, we use quality materials as specified in your project plan. Any changes or upgrades requested by the client after the work has started may affect the final cost and timeline.

4. Payment Milestones

To maintain steady progress at the construction site, payments are divided into stages (milestones). We request clients to clear payments at each completed stage to ensure labor and material supplies continue without interruption.

5. Site Visits & Safety

Construction sites can be hazardous. For your safety, we request you to coordinate with our site supervisor before visiting. Vekas Construction is committed to safety but cannot be held responsible for accidents involving unauthorized site visits.

6. Intellectual Property

The blueprints, site photos, and designs displayed on this website are the property of Vekas Construction. Please do not use or reproduce them without our written consent.

7. Communication Consent (TRAI Compliance)

We collect personal details like your name, email address, and phone number to provide our services. By sharing your information, you authorize Vekas Construction to contact you via SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, Email, and other communication channels. This consent overrides any NDNC/DND registration as per TRAI regulations.
